Terms and conditions
1. Definitions and Interpretation
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- "Account" means the account created by the Player with Johnny Kash Casino;
- "Bonus" means any promotional offer made available to the Player by Johnny Kash Casino;
- "Game" means any online game offered on the Website;
- "Player" means the individual using the Account to participate in Games;
- "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By creating an Account, participating in a Game, or receiving a Bonus, the Player acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Player does not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, they must immediately exit the Website and cease using the Services.
3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration
To create an Account, the Player must provide accurate and complete information as requested on the registration form. The Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. The Player may not share their Account with any other individual or entity.
5. Bonus Terms and Conditions
Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Bonuses are only available to new Players;
- Each Bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which shall be deemed incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference;
- The Player must wager a minimum amount in order to activate a Bonus;
- Wagering requirements apply to all Bonuses; and

6. Gameplay
The following terms and conditions apply to gameplay:
- The Player must not manipulate or exploit the Game software or algorithms in any way;

7. Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The following deposit and withdrawal limits apply:
- Per day: AUD 500;
- Per week: AUD 2,500;
- Per month: AUD 10,000;
Johnny Kash Casino may adjust these limits at its sole discretion.
8. Responsible Gambling
The Player acknowledges that gambling can be addictive and agrees to gamble responsibly. Johnny Kash Casino encourages the Player to set deposit limits, take breaks, or self-exclude from Games if necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, Games, and other materials made available by Johnny Kash Casino are owned by Johnny Kash Casino or its licensors. The Player acknowledges that they do not acquire any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property by participating in Games or receiving a Bonus.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association of Curaçao.
12. Amendments
Johnny Kash Casino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Player agrees to periodically review these Terms and Conditions for changes.
13. Termination
Johnny Kash Casino may terminate a Player's Account, withdraw any Bonus, or suspend Games at its sole discretion. The Player acknowledges that they have no claim to any damages or losses arising from such termination.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Bonus terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between Johnny Kash Casino and the Player regarding the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
By creating an Account or participating in Games, the Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
